We collect only the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and any information submitted through event registrations, purchases or contact forms.

Personal data is used to manage registrations, communicate about events and services, deliver products, respond to enquiries and, where consent has been given, send relevant updates. We never sell personal data to third parties. Trusted service providers may process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary or required by law.
